Culinary Services

Including but not limited to dinner parties, corporate events, luncheons, nutritional cooking: our culinary team will be solely responsible for executing a magical world of gastronomy, where our luxurious foods are ever expanding. Nothing less than awe-inspiring, your taste buds will dance as you delight in superlative meals of different regions and culture.

Dedicated to our culinary cause and not to be left out, we are also cognizant of the various religious dietary restrictions as well as food allergies. No matter the nature and scope of the menu, the format of your dining room or the extent of your budget, we can achieve an innovative, trendy menu or a simple rustic down home cooking experience.

Private Catering

Our chefs are personally selected by Romero Dorsett, an acclaimed Bahamian private chef with more than 15 years of professional experience. By considering your unique lifestyle and cuisine preferences, Showman will meet your chef requirements with guaranteed confidentiality and discretion We are happy to assist you with any specific needs. Our private chefs will create and present menus for approval (usually for lunch and dinner each day and sometimes breakfast), shop for groceries, prepare the meals and, when no other staff is present, serve and clean up.

Restaurant Consultants

Showman Consultants are ready to assist you with any aspect of your restaurant’s operation. Our seasoned industry experts have used their expertise to help many new and existing foodservice operations, from new concept development projects and operational assessments to restaurant turnarounds, kitchen and interior design, marketing, compliance and more. If it has to do with a restaurant, it’s in our wheelhouse.

Corporate Catering

We have been serving the business community since our inception over 10 years ago. From simple lunches for 10, to cocktail parties for 50, to gala holiday events for 200, to summer barbeques for 1,500; we’ve got it covered.
